Guynelle Thigpen Smith, 91, passed away peacefully, September 25, 2017 at Summer Breeze Assisted Living in Savannah, GA.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Fred Smith.
She was a longtime member of West Highland Baptist Church. She was a beautiful, kind, and loving mother, wife, and friend. She will be greatly missed.
Surviving are her children, Durinda Massey (Bill), and David Smith (Lisa), grandchildren, Brandon Smith (Meg), Brent Smith (Erin), Blake Smith (Amanda), and James Massey (fiance’, Elizabeth), and 4 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 11:30 – 1:30 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Macon Memorial Park.
